Ed Yarber, Founder & Owner of Packaging Concepts Inc., has over 40 years of experience in the packaging industry. Ed began in sales and purchasing positions with the Southeast’s premier paper and packaging distributor, Dillard Paper Company, now named xpedx, from 1972 to 1982. In 1983, as the sole owner, he founded Packaging Concepts, Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC. Since that time, Ed has overseen and expanded the product offerings from solely packaging-related items to now include Jan-San products, recycling capabilities and product sourcing management. For over 30 years, PCI has proudly represented the finest manufacturing companies in packaging and related industries.

Danielle Yarber, Executive Vice President for Packaging Concepts, Inc., joins PCI with over 35 years of experience in the packaging, facility and paper business. During this time, Danielle held financial, operational and sales leadership positions that bring unique leadership and industry insights to her role as VP of PCI. Before joining PCI, Danielle worked within xpedx, an International Paper Company for over 30 years. Much of her career at xpedx was spent in senior level roles, including Vice President of Sales, East Region Sales Director, Business Unit Manager and Vice President General Manager. Some of Danielle’s honors include GM Leadership Awards, YWCA Women’s Leadership Award, March of Dimes Regional Start Award, United Way F. Wiley Hubbell Award and the xpedx Hall of Fame. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Hometown Bank and Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA.
